Job Description
The Food and Wellness Coordinator will work closely with our interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive nutritional care. This includes assessing resident nutritional needs, developing meal plans, and providing education and counseling.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans.
- Ensure regulatory compliance through monitoring and documentation of residents' nutritional status and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance residents' health and well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
