- Responds to medical emergencies and initiates ongoing health and wellness screenings for employees.
- Manages cases of workman's compensation claims and facilitates return-to-work assignments for employees with work-related injuries.
Requirements
">- Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- At least three years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health.
- Certified to perform DOT urine drug and alcohol screens and certified in CPR/AED/First Aid.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels across the organization.
- Strong administrative and management skills, including ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
