HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant to fill an opening with a primary care clinic in Tavares, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for Bilingual Medical Assistant:
- Back-office duties such as prepping and cleaning rooms, socking rooms, taking and recording patient vitals, documenting medical history and chief complaints, blood draws and injections
- Front office duties - check in check out, patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, assisting patients with questions
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm/Onsite
- High School Diploma OR equivalent
- Bilingual – English and Spanish
- 2 years of exp as a Medical Assistant in a clinic setting experienced in front and back desk duties
- Prefers MA coming from busy clinic seeing 80 patients per day
- Phlebotomy AND injection experience
- Long tenures in job history
- Experience with primary care and the adult/geriatric populations
Preferred Qualifications for Bilingual Medical Assistant:
- eCW experience
