Bilingual Medical Assistant
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant to fill an opening with a primary care clinic in Tavares, FL .
Daily Responsibilities for Bilingual Medical Assistant :
Back-office duties such as prepping and cleaning rooms, socking rooms, taking and recording patient vitals, documenting medical history and chief complaints, blood draws and injections
Front office duties - check in check out, patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, assisting patients with questions
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm / Onsite Required Qualifications for Bilingual Medical Assistant :
High School Diploma OR equivalent
Bilingual - English and Spanish
2 years of exp as a Medical Assistant in a clinic setting experienced in front and back desk duties
Prefers MA coming from busy clinic seeing 80 patients per day
Phlebotomy AND injection experience
Long tenures in job history
Experience with primary care and the adult / geriatric populations
Preferred Qualifications for Bilingual Medical Assistant :
eCW experience
