HealthCare Support is seeking a Senior Executive Director – Senior Living to fill an opening with a Growing Senior Living Community in Colorado Springs, CO!
Daily Responsibilities for Senior Executive Director – Senior Living :
- Growing and managing the Memory Care business line
- Driving the sales process, experience with resident retention, and move-in/move-out processes
- Overseeing operations, a staff of 10 – 15, and residents, prospects, or their family members
- Creates, analyzes, and executes annual operating and capital budgets; works to meet or exceed budgeted revenue, profitability, and occupancy goals
- Builds a high degree of resident satisfaction and retention
- 100% onsite I Monday – Friday, daytime hours
- Occasional weekend, evening, or night work as needed
- On-call as-needed basis
Required Qualifications for Senior Executive Director – Senior Living :
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- More than 5 years of operational leadership experience with SNF/ALF/CCRC required
- More than 3 years of successful sales experience in a related industry
- Proven record with a high degree of initiative and urgency toward making significant improvements in meeting operational goals
- Must be willing to obtain Assisted Living Administrator and Nursing Home Administrator licenses
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for business use

- Eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment
- 401(k) Plan: Once reached 6 months of service
- Tuition reimbursement (up to $2,500/year for undergrad tuition and $500/year for CEUs & certifications, and prep courses for licensures)
Pay Details: - $170,000 - $190,000
- Quarterly bonus based on performance

Salary : $500 - $2,500
