Job Description
Job Title: Quality Improvement RN
Are you an experienced RN with Quality Improvement experience looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!
Position Summary:
As the Quality Improvement RN, you would be responsible for managing and monitoring quality improvement initiatives.
Hours for this Position: Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)

More Insight into Daily Responsibilities:
- Analyzes, updates, and modifies procedures and processes to continually improve QI operations
- Collects and summarizes performance data
- Monitors and analyzes outcomes to ensure goals, objectives, outcomes, accreditation and regulatory requirements are met
- Participates in site visit preparation and execution by regulatory and accreditation agencies (State agencies, CMS, AAAHC, URAC, NCQA,EQRO)
Qualifications
What We Look For:
- Clear and active RN license in state of CT
- 3-5 years of Managed Care experience/Chart Review
- Knowledge of compliance, accreditation, service or quality improvement
- Knowledge of HEDIS
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations
- Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
