Job Description
Healthcare Support is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a temporary position in Huntsville, Alabama.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-sectional images of the body.
- Position patients and equipment to ensure accurate and safe scanning procedures.
- Analyze images to determine if additional scans are needed.
- Maintain patient records and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography (CT).
- Certification in CT by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
