Daily Responsibilities for Director of Business Development - Hospice:
- The BD Director will mentor, train, and supervise the Hospice Consultants in the assigned territory
- This position plays a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with Healthcare providers and promoting ongoing growth in business
- Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
- May attend occasional weekend or evening events
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field of study
- At least 5 years of experience Hospice, Home Health, or LTC
- At least 2 years of Sales Leadership experience
- Medical, Dental, Vision (Begin on 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment)
- Mileage Reimbursement!
- FSA & HSA Options Employer HSA Contribution
- 401(k) with 6% match
- 6 Paid Holidays Eligible for 2 floating holidays based on date of hire
- 15 Days PTO (1-5 years) | 20 Days (5-10 years) | 26 Days (10 years)
