As the Director of Business Development, you will oversee a dedicated team of professionals, providing them with guidance and support as they work to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the ever-evolving marketplace.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential partnerships or acquisitions.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with prospective clients.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to make informed business decisions.

Manage and mentor the business development team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
Must come from hospice sales
Must have hospice sales leadership experience
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
Extensive network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Experience in leading and managing teams, with a track record of driving results.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market research to inform decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
