Daily Responsibilities for Scheduler:
- Answering calls all day - scheduling appointments, insurance calls, calls to other provider officer, calls to patients, taking messages
- 1 years’ experience as a medical receptionist scheduling appointment
- Insurance knowledge
- Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance
- Dental Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Access to Investment Accounts
- Career and educational tools within our Ingenovis ACT (Advocacy) Program
