HealthCare Support is actively seeking a UAS Assessment Nurse ( RN )

to fill an opening with a prestigious Healthcare company in Brooklyn, NY!

Daily Responsibilities for UAS Assessment Nurse ( RN ) :

• Review the patient's medical history, including current medications, allergies, and relevant medical conditions to determine eligibility for Long Term Care services.
• Weekly Hours: 37.5 | Schedule Monday - Friday
• 100% in-field
  
  
  

Required Qualifications for UAS Assessment Nurse ( RN ) :

• NY State RN License
• 2 years of nursing experience
• UAS experience
• Drivers license and access to vehicle

Pay Details:

• $77,370 - $139,308
• Will be eligible for 8% annual bonus incentive based on company performance
