As a travel LMSW, you will work in coordination with other professional staff to establish a therapeutic milieu for patients and families. Your responsibilities will include interviewing patients, relatives, friends, and others to assess patient biopsychosocial history and needs. You will also assist patients, families, and support persons with issues arising from patient admission to the hospital and develop discharge plans.
