Description
HTS is now hiring an Occupational Therapist to work with the therapy team at our partner retirement community in Walnut Creek, Ohio. The Occupational Therapist in this position will be responsible for completing evaluations and supervisory visits on a consistent basis. The schedule is very flexible, and we can offer approximately 10 to 15 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Complete supervisory visits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Ohio Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Ohio license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
