- Average outpatient volume of 18-20 patients per day, allowing for a balanced workload
- Shared call schedule with 1:4 ratio and utilization of Nurse Triage System for efficient patient management

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care to adults and children in a fast-paced primary care setting
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
- Prescribe medications and therapies as necessary to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
