What We Offer

• Flexible practice hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm with no weekends or holidays
• Average outpatient volume of 18-20 patients per day, allowing for a balanced workload
• Shared call schedule with 1:4 ratio and utilization of Nurse Triage System for efficient patient management
• Oversight of one nurse practitioner, providing opportunities for leadership and professional growth
• Access to on-site lab facilities for timely and accurate test results

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care to adults and children in a fast-paced primary care setting
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
• Prescribe medications and therapies as necessary to promote optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
