Key Responsibilities
- Manage new patient consults and provide continuity of care with current patient census
- Prescribe and diagnose disease states with multiple comorbidities
- Document visits thoroughly through an EMR system
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioners (FNP, ANP, AGNP) and Physician Assistants (PA)
- Active or Pending CT License
- Clean medical record
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
