Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Administrator located in Dubuque, IA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Administrator will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, conducting presentations, executing in strategy and more. They will also play a key role in ensuring seamless account management.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Account Management skills
- Experience with Account Reconciliation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
