PRACTICE SPECIFICS
We are an active out-patient Interventional Pain management practice with consultation clinic and interventional procedure clinic.
- Our physicians evaluate and develop comprehensive treatment plans for our new and existing patients, identifying specific conditions and patient needs to decrease pain and increase function.
- Collaboration with a full continuum of Neuromusculoskeletal specialists including Neurology, Orthopedic Surgery, Internal Medicine, and all medicine subspecialties is key.
- We provide outpatient therapy by therapists who sub-specialize in neuro, pediatric and musculoskeletal pain.
- The practice may include performing EMG's if desired.
- Potential ownership in Ambulatory Surgery Center is also possible.
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology with fellowship training in Pain Medicine or Board Certified/Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with fellowship training in Pain Medicine or Board Certified/Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- Competency in cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural/facet injections, advanced interventional pain techniques, spine RFA, and radiographic imaging is essential.
- SCS, Ultrasound and EMG expertise is a plus but not mandatory.
LOCATION
We are located in the beautiful Brainerd Lakes area, 125 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul, with an airport in Brainerd, MN. Our regional service area population is 115,000.
This area offers a wide range of outdoor activities including fishing, boating, camping, canoeing, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, hunting, snowmobiling, ATV, etc., and is home to the Brainerd International Raceway.
COMPENSATION
Hired candidates will receive an annual salary of $494,000, with additional compensation available through bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
