Candidate must have a current PA Administrator State License with at least 3 years experience.
Ability to work flexible hours. Proficiency in computer skills. Excellent problem solving skills.
Job duties & Responsibilities (brief overview):
To Oversee Daily operations of the building and all departments of the facility
Marketing capabilities to maintain census goals
Hiring, training, disciplinary of all departments
Knowledge of DHS regulations and Federal, State and City governing laws
Maintain Budgetary Guidelines
Benefits and salary negotiable considering previous experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- PCH administrative: 1 year minimum
License/Certification:
- Pennsylvania PCH Administrator license (Required)
