Responsibilities for a Personal Care Home Administrator with Phoebe Berks:
Responsible for the administration, programming, and management of the personal care facility and/or adult day center and independent living where applicable; including the health, safety and well-being of the residents, implementation of policies and procedures and compliance with related regulations.Requirements for a Personal Care Home Administrator with Phoebe Berks:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Preferably two-year management experience in personal care, adult day, or related field.
- Current Pennsylvania PCH Administrator license.
- Current & valid PA Driver’s license

Salary : $56,700 - $71,800
