The People Digital Experience Manager - Time Expert, is responsible for the maintenance, administration and support of People Systems, with a specific focus on Time applications. This role requires a seasoned incumbent who will be responsible for defining, configuring, testing, analyzing, and supporting the Time application systems (Kronos) Dimensions application and possessing solid understanding of Payroll system as well.
What you'll be doing
- Possess advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Dimensions or legacy Kronos Workforce Central system.
- Expertise in one or more modules including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Analytics; integration to the Core HCM system and Payroll System and solid experience on rate of pay calculations
- Expert who can perform special projects relating to a release, configuration change or efficiency improvements
- Ensure policies and procedures are being implemented by performing weekly audits
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes
- Identify and resolve the root cause of day-to-day production issues
- Develop/modify/update training materials and programs to keep them current and relevant
- Implement and deliver Time application solutions to support major
- Developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
- This individual will also support the core HCM system, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, analyzing data flows for process improvements, and other technical projects as assigned.
- Works with Payroll Manager to create/maintain reporting and support time & payroll processes
- Responsible for identifying issues, conducting root-cause(s) analysis, prioritizing and implementing tested fixes.
- Develop test plan and project plan for upgrades/new functionality
- Manage, define, & troubleshoot integration of HR systems and processes
- Master data expert responsible for data integrity including data governance, system and audits, mass data transfers, data entry etc
- Write end user documentation and quick guides
- Identifies and documents new report requirements
- Develops reports/queries on ad-hoc or scheduled basis
- Provide analysis of collected data to gain actionable insight to drive business decisions for all areas of the company related to Human Resources
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of reports
- Where appropriate, proactively review/analyze reports for trends and provide commentary to end users
- Troubleshoot and respond to queries from functional users
What you will need to be successful
- Knowledge of HR IT systems or a closely related field as normally obtained through the completion of a High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT systems. Functional knowledge of Payroll and Time process
- Minimum of 3-5 HCM hands-on configuration with business process with Time system platform preferably ADP and Kronos
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with reporting tools like Access, EXCEL
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Access or equivalent relational database query methods
- Strong understanding of People processes, areas and systems
- Strong analytical skills and systems aptitude
- Strong process orientation
- Proven ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to work collaboratively to achieve goals
- Proficiency with business and communications software (preferably Word, Excel, PowerPoint, common Windows operating systems, and Outlook) is required

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
