Healthfirst is seeking an experienced & dynamic full lifecycle Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, (specializing in high-volume recruiting for our Call Center Operations) business unit. This role requires a strategic thinker & results-driven professional who excels in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates efficiently & effectively. The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong relationships with hiring managers, developing & executing recruitment strategies, and managing a high of requisitions simultaneously. The Recruiter is responsible for building and executing talent sourcing strategies designed to identify, engage and recruit top talent necessary for Healthfirst to achieve its business objectives and key results. In partnership with Manager, Talent Advisor and HRBP team, this person leverages a deep understanding of business needs and market dynamics to develop talent engagement strategies that drive employment value propositioning, brand awareness and enhanced visibility within both the traditional and non-traditional competitive landscape. The Recruiter will operate in a multi-dimensional capacity, balancing the strategic value-add deliverables with critical tactical execution.
This is a hybrid work schedule which consists of reporting to our Lake Mary, FL office 3 days per week (Tuesdays through Thursdays – 40 hours per week).

Scope Of Responsibilities
The Recruiter role will cover a wide range of skills and business functions including, but not limited to, roles across (business unit):
- High-volume sourcing & recruiting duties: Utilizes innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking, to identify and attract a large pool of qualified candidates
- Leverage technology, tools and innovative methodologies to identify, assess, sell and present candidates for open requisitions within (business unit)
- Develop robust sourcing strategies that feed critical talent pipelines flowing into the Healthfirst talent community. Reduce cycle time for future requisitions by ensuring structured talent pipelines contain talent profiles that meet the Healthfirst definition of success
- Utilize our CRM platform (Avature) to drive direct prospect engagement for open and future requisitions. Master/perfect utilization effectiveness
- Serve as an employment brand ambassador, presenting a clear articulation of Healthfirst’s employment value proposition during the talent engagement process
- Serve as the talent sourcing SME for their respective business unit. Deliver recommendations regarding innovative and effective talent sourcing tools and best practices to be piloted and/or deployed – Chrome extensions and other talent identification methods, continuously improving LinkedIn InMail proficiency, other CRM and outreach tools, applying principles of Agility to drive speed and qualitative outcomes, employment branding techniques, algorithmic sourcing
- Ensure appropriate ROI for ALL sourcing strategies deployed. Track all efforts and report on a regular basis. Link ROI back to source to ensure current and future investments in sourcing channels are yielding expected returns
- Consistently apply behavioral based interviewing (BBI) techniques to create a robust candidate summary or recommendation to be presented to Manager, Talent Advisor and Hiring Manager, as directed
- Track and report out on all critical performance metrics as requested by Manager, Talent Advisor
- Ensure ethnicity & gender diversity representation across all candidate slates
- Partner with Manager, Talent Advisor to identify and build/enhance relationships with the appropriate targeted diversity-based organizations that support functional talent for their respective business unit
- Ensure compliance with TA SOPs and business processes related to our ATS (Workday)
- Disposition candidates in a timely manner in accordance with OFCCP guidelines and best practices
- Work closely with Manager, Talent Advisor to meet Service Level Agreement Guidelines and expectations agreed to with stakeholders
- Must have at least 1-3 years’ experience with full lifecycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, pre-qualification screening and interviewing
- Must have at least 1-3 years’ experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates within robust ATS & CRM recruiting platforms AND utilizing innovative & cost-effective sourcing tools
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects
- Experience in or willingness to learn and deploy principles of agility to drive more effective TA-related outcomes
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with business leaders
- Must have a high school diploma/GED plus relevant full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Experience recruiting in an agency or search firm environment
- Healthcare industry experience
- Working in a regulated industry
- Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $67,200 - $97,155
- All Other Locations (within approved locations): $59,800 - $88,910

- The hiring range is defined as the lowest and highest salaries that Healthfirst in “good faith” would pay to a new hire, or for a job promotion, or transfer into this role.
