About this role :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Skilled Trades High Volume Recruiter to join our team for a 6-month temporary assignment. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled trades professionals, specifically HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and other roles supporting the business, for a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This position requires a deep understanding of skilled trades roles, strong recruitment experience, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
In this role, you will be responsible for :
Full-Cycle Recruitment :
- Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, for high-volume skilled trades positions, including HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and other essential roles that support the business.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including job boards.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing :
