What are the responsibilities and job description for the SaaS Account Executive (Remote) position at Healthicity?
As a Healthicity (HY) Software as a Services (SaaS) Compliance Account Executive, the ideal candidate will utilize the sales methodologies outlined in the Challenger Sales model to teach, tailor, and take control of all opportunities. Through our 10 Elements of Compliance framework, you will teach providers, health systems, hospitals, payers, etc. how technology can save time, avoid costly fines, and manage an effective compliance program with ease. You’ll then help tailor our solutions to solve clients’ unique challenges, then take control of all opportunities and see them through to the close by helping them understand the consequences of inaction.
Principal Responsibilities & Results:
Close New Client Deals
- Successfully sell healthcare compliance, auditing, and training SaaS - software and services to new opportunities (Hospitals, Providers, Health Systems, Long Term Care, Home Health, etc.)
- Consistently outperform quotas associated with developing, nurturing, and closing leads
- Effectively deliver sales presentations (including software demos) to senior leadership of mid- and enterprise-level Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospice organizations etc.
- Continually stay informed of product and technical upgrades, innovations, and industry trends
- Deliver polished and tailored software demonstrations based on prospects’ needs and priorities
- Implement sales best practices and/or frameworks (MEDDICC, Challenger, Miller Heiman, etc.)
- Continuously improve (Kaizen) your sales process and demonstrate a desire to learn and grow
Pipeline Creation from Assigned Territories & Accounts
- Build your territory pipeline by completing lead-gen activities including cold calls, emails, etc.
- Strategically initiate account-based outreach plans to targeted accounts in your region
- Tactically conduct account research to assist in Account-based Marketing (ABM) strategies
Embrace the subject matter of Healthcare Compliance
- Research the market to understand the ever-changing world of Healthcare Compliance
- Attend Healthicity webinars to better understand client needs, interests, and trends
- Be an active learner in all areas of Healthcare Compliance to better understand buyers
Desired Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Equivalent practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
- 2 years of sales experience, sales development, account management, and/or SaaS sales
- A self-driven, highly motivated, results-oriented work ethic who thrives off of KPIs and performance
- Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills – Not afraid to pick up the phone and dial
- 2 plus years working in Salesforce.com, HubSpot or other CRM application
- Experience with Office Suite, Google Suite, and Sales Engagement (Outreach, Salesloft etc.) software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills – Ability to craft professional, error-free emails
- Strong planning, organization, time management and analytical skills
- CCS, CCA, CCS-P, CIC, CPC, CPB, not required, but a plus

What We Offer
- Healthicity offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, Health Savings Account (HSA), generous PTO and holiday pay.
- Base salary starting range: $35,000 to $40,000
- Average estimated annual commissions earnings range: $96,000 - $192,000
- OTE: $126,000 - $232,000
