About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on Solutions Engineering Manager to lead our solutions and support engineering teams. This customer-facing, business-critical role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and empathy to build and support high-quality solutions for Healthie's customers.
In this player-coach role, you'll work closely with our implementation and support engineers to ensure customer success on Healthie's developer platform. You'll balance day-to-day customer support with the long-term vision to scale our enterprise solutions. Additionally, you'll mentor and develop engineers on your team through coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
If you're excited about shaping the customer journey, empowering a high-performance team, and supporting complex technical implementations, this role is for you. Reporting to the Director of Customer Engineering, this position is ideal for someone with strong technical leadership in SaaS, integration management, and team building, particularly in healthcare technology. We're looking for grit, resilience, and a passion for delivering world-class customer experiences while solving problems hands-on.

- This is a full-time, Hybrid position, located in our NYC HQ.
- The base salary for this role is $180,000 - $200,000 per year.
- U.S. work authorization is required and Healthie does not provide sponsorship.
