Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting & Financial Planning:
- Develop, manage, and oversee project budgets across multiple healthcare initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast financial needs and allocate resources efficiently.
- Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial stability.
Project Accounting & Financial Management:
- Track and report financial performance for healthcare projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain proper financial controls, ensuring adherence to internal policies and industry regulations.
- Oversee project-related financial reporting, ensuring transparency in funding and expenditures.
- Work with project managers to assess financial risks and implement cost-control measures.
Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations, including Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement policies.
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for financial audits and reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- CPA, CMA, or CFA certification is a plus.
- 7 years of experience in healthcare finance, project accounting, or budget management.
- Experience with financial reporting systems, ERP software, and healthcare budgeting tools.
