About the Role
As a Client Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, ensuring they feel supported and valued at every step of their healthcare journey. You will play a critical role in enhancing client satisfaction by delivering prompt, friendly, and effective support through multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with members via phone, email, and chat.
- Guide members through program enrollment, updates, and follow-up care.
- Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
- Keep accurate and organized records of client interactions using our CRM system.
- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and provide updates.
- Work closely with the healthcare and support teams to deliver a cohesive client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or support roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and handle complex inquiries.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or related industries is a plus.
