Responsibilities
- Curate High-Impact Gifting Options:
- Research and source unique, high-quality gifts, digital experiences, and custom solutions tailored to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Stay ahead of trends in luxury goods, experiences, and gifting.
- Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure access to exclusive and custom offerings.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines.
- Logistics and Operations:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all gifts and experiences.
- Develop and maintain an organized inventory system for fulfillment.
- Work cross-functionally with the warehouse team and other departments to ensure smooth execution.
- Creativity and Taste:
- Contribute to the development of gifting campaigns, bringing fresh, innovative ideas that resonate with our target audience.
- Ensure all curated offerings align with Client Giant’s high standards of quality and taste.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline procurement and fulfillment processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Implement systems to track and report on key performance metrics related to gifting operations.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in procurement, gifting space, luxury retail, event planning, or a related field.
- Proven ability to source and curate high-end products or experiences.
- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creativity and an understanding of high-net-worth client expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
