About the Role
As a Client Support Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for our members, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their healthcare journey. Your role is to ensure that every client interaction is positive, informative, and solution-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist members with account updates, program information, and appointment scheduling.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate more complex cases to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in our client management system.
- Collaborate with the healthcare and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Proactively follow up with members to ensure satisfaction and resolve any lingering issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in customer support or client service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically when addressing client needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and basic digital tools.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for helping others and making a difference in healthcare.
- Prior experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus.
