As a Call Center Receptionist, you will be a key connection between Healthon and our valued members. Your role involves managing phone calls, assisting with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every caller. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls professionally and courteously.
- Schedule appointments and provide accurate information to callers.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues with care and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with team members for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing phone systems and computer applications.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Experience in healthcare or startup environments is a plus.
