Duties include:
- Install, maintains and repairs building domestic water supply system, natural gas, sewer and fire protection systems.
- Install, maintains and repairs building waste and vent systems.
- Test, inspects and maintains hospital medical gas systems and backflow prevention.
- Maintains plumbing supplies and materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Work schedule: FTE: 1.0 (40 hrs. weekly), Day Shift
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Two tears working as a licensed journeyman plumber.
Licensure/Registration/Certification:
- Must possess a valid Minnesota State Journeyman Plumbing License
- Must possess a valid City of St. Paul Certificate of Competency as a Journeyman Plumber
- Must possess a valid Minnesota State Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: Commercial plumbing service experience preferably working in a hospital environment.
