Plumber

SUMMARY: To maintain all plumbing fixtures, equipment, water supply lines, sanitary lines and gas lines and plan and perform new plumbing for remodel, expansions, renovations and all plumbing Preventive Maintenance Systems. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance of all plumbing fixture
• Perform plumbing duties and inspections
• Repair sinks, stools, faucets, drains, traps, sumps and filter system
• Plan and develop recommendations for renovations and expansions
• Ensure adherence to Minnesota state codes
• Estimate costs for projects and expansions
• Responsible for inventory control and purchasing of plumbing equipment and supplies
  
  

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• State of Minnesota Master Plumber license

• Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
