Job Description
We are currently looking for a Nursing Supervisor for our Specialty clinic departments in OBGYN and Urology located on the Lakeview Hospital Campus. This position is responsible for providing leadership and management of these departments through working collaboratively with other clinic nursing and management staff to ensure compliance with established standards and continuity of quality patient care. This position ensures appropriate and current licensure and training for nursing staff and students. This position ensures the safety and efficiency of patient care. This position is a member of the clinic leadership team and works collaboratively with other members of management, clinicians and outside vendors to provide high quality health care. The Nursing Supervisor is expected to support the short and long term mission, goals and objectives of the HealthPartners Clinic Stillwater.

Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota and Wisconsin
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- 3 years related nursing experience in a clinical setting. Knowledge of nursing theory, regulations and practice.
- 3 years of management and/or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and retain information regarding patient care procedures; to project a professional image; plan, prioritize and complete delegated tasks; and, demonstrates compassion and caring in dealing with others.
