POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Vice President – Real Estate Operations, the Specialist - Real Estate Support is a valuable team member focused on the submission and approval of capital projects for the Outpatient Medical segment (OM) of Healthpeak’s property portfolio. Duties include but are not limited to :
- Compile and submit the paperwork for capital projects to the Capital Asset Management team.
- Review and analyze invoices related to capital and tenant improvement projects
- Maintain and manage design costs
- Assist in tracking and reporting costs related to capital and tenant improvement projects
- Perform monthly activities relating to financial close
- Maintain, organize, and update document database(s) as needed
- Prepare required and / or necessary notices or documents to property managers or other company employees
- Preparation of detailed reports to be submitted in a timely manner to relevant company employees upon request
- Answer calls and emails from all internal and external clients in a timely and positive manner
- Assist Real Estate Support team with special project assignments
