Are you an experienced leader in the Pharma industry looking for a high-impact role in a fast-growing organization? Our Compounding Pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and executive team. This is a full-time, onsite role with a competitive $150-170k salary bonus based on company performance.

As Chief of Staff , you will :

  • Provide strategic guidance and operational oversight to the leadership team.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental coordination and communication.
  • Lead initiatives to drive organizational growth and efficiency.

What we’re looking for :

  • Proven experience in Pharma .
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in LIFEFILE .
  • An Architect mindset for designing efficient systems and processes.
  • Master’s Degree preferred but not required.
  • Dedication to the organization’s growth and success.
