RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This position is within a closed-door specialty mail-order 503a facility specializing in weight-loss medication, anti-aging treatments, hormone replacement therapy, and other custom compounds.

We are looking for a highly skilled pharmacist with extensive experience in non-sterile compounding and pharmacy management. Multi-state licensure is highly preferred, with an ideal candidate holding 10 or more state licenses.

Position details

Location : West Palm Beach, FL
Schedule : Monday Friday, 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM (full-time, first shift)
Assignment type : Direct hire

Key responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to compounding.

Supervise staff pharmacists and personnel across pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production workflows.

Ensure adherence to cGMP, USP

and pharmacy best practices.

Review and verify batch records and associated documentation for accuracy and compliance.

Hire, train, and manage pharmacy staff in collaboration with the CEO / President.

Maintain workflow efficiency while ensuring high-quality compounding standards.

Assist in documentation and completion of adverse drug event forms.

Provide leadership and strategic direction to support the pharmacys continued success.

Required qualifications

Active and clear Florida pharmacist license (multi-state licensure with at least 6-10 state licenses strongly preferred).

Minimum of two years of recent non-sterile compounding experience in a professional setting.

Minimum of two years of pharmacy management experience with leadership responsibilities.

In-depth knowledge of cGMP, USP

and regulatory requirements for compounding pharmacies.

Experience in a 503a compounding facility is preferred.
