What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at Healthpoint Medical Group of the Emerald Coast?
Seeking a dedicated employee who is motivated to work as a receptionist in the front office of a well-established Family Medicine practice. The position entails patient check in and check out, collecting copays and payments, answering phones and dispersing calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances, etc. Good computer skills and the ability to multitask are essential, as well as, having a pleasant and professional personality. Previous experience is preferred but we will consider anyone who is enthusiastic and has the willingness to learn and excel. Full training will be provided. The position is full time, Monday- Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm and Friday 7:30 am to 12:00pm. There is no evening shifts, no weekends, no holidays, and you get Friday afternoons off! Additionally, there is room for growth and advancement.
