Job Overview
Prototypes Women's Center is a seven acre campus offering residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment, outpatient mental health treatment, and housing. Our residential facility for women and women with children . We provide comprehensive substance use disorder, mental health, and psychiatric care by an interdisciplinary team of professionals. Treatment episode ranges in time from 60 days to 6 months. Prototypes is a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing maintenance and janitorial services to HealthRIGHT 360 programs. Providing high-quality customer service, the Maintenance Technician ensures that the operational needs of the facility are met.
- Checks and replenishes supplies.
- Ensures that facility functions are operating properly.
- Repairs damaged areas of facility.
- Assesses repairs and maintenance needs for outside contracting, as needed.
- Assists professional contractors.
- Works as a team with Operations department and performs functions that furthers agency.
- Maintains records of work orders, their status, and purchase orders.
- Assists with facility issues related to OSHA and CARF requirements.
Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid California driver’s license insurable by HealthRIGHT 360.
- A reliable vehicle and have own tools.
- Knowledge of basic building trades techniques/skills.
