The Chiropractic Therapy Assistant position is a fast-paced, hands-on, detail-oriented position with direct patient interaction. You’ll play a vital role in our practice.

Chiropractic Therapy Assistant: Our Chiropractic Therapy Assistants are the people in our office who spend the most time with our patients, and are essential to providing the highest level of care. Like the front desk, working in our chiropractic therapy center requires the ability to follow directions, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively. Chiropractic Therapy Assistants must love interacting with people, be friendly and professional, and enjoy being up and moving all day!
As a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant, you will provide chiropractic therapies including electrical stimulation, laser therapy, and spinal decompression under the instruction of the Chiropractors. Your duties will also include giving tours of the office to new patients, conducting the intake portion of patient exams, and communicating with our providers and front desk staff about patient care. We will train you on the skills you need to give excellent care! Our Chiropractic Therapy Assistants are also cross-trained on assisting patients at the front desk and making phone calls. Being a team player willing to jump in and help out where needed is a must!
Experience in the chiropractic field or exercise science is preferred but not required. Above all, we are looking for someone with a great attitude and willingness to learn! We will train the right person!

Available positions
This posting is for our Franklin office. We have offices in Franklin, Brentwood, and Murfreesboro. Full-time positions are roughly 35-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Part-time positions may also be available, but certain availability is required including afternoons and Tuesdays. If you are invited to a job interview, you will have the opportunity to learn about all positions and indicate which you are interested in.
When and where do we conduct interviews?
We conduct interviews for all of our offices in-person in our Franklin office. If we are interested in you after reviewing your application, we will contact you to set up a date for you to come in. We are not conducting any virtual interviews at this time.
