The Front Desk associate position is a fast-paced, hands-on, detail-oriented position with direct patient interaction. You’ll play a vital role in our practice.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a diligent, coachable, and highly motivated individual who has a passion for people and holistic health care.
Front Desk: Our Front Desk staff are the first and last people that our patients interact with when they come to our office, so we are looking for a friendly and professional team member who will make our patients feel welcome! Working at the front desk requires the ability to follow directions, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be competent with basic computer skills. Your duties will include answering phone calls, directing patients and doctors to treatment rooms, scheduling appointments, taking payments, explaining insurance coverage, and entering information on the computer. Our Front Desk staff are also cross-trained on providing chiropractic therapies to our patients. Being a team player willing to jump in and help out where needed is a must!
Experience in a reception/front desk position or in a healthcare office is a plus but is not required. Above all, we are looking for someone with a great attitude and willingness to learn! We will train the right person!

Available positions
This posting is for our Murfreesboro office. We have offices in Franklin, Brentwood, and Murfreesboro. Full-time positions are roughly 35-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. If you are invited to a job interview, you will have the opportunity to learn about all positions and indicate which you are interested in.
When and where do we conduct interviews?
We conduct interviews for all of our offices in-person in our Franklin office. If we are interested in you after reviewing your application, we will contact you to set up a date for you to come in. We are not conducting any virtual interviews at this time.
