About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at HealthSouth. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and providing exceptional customer service to employees and managers.
Daily Responsibilities
- Assist in screening resumes and identifying candidates for recruitment purposes.
- Manage FMLA processes and oversee employee records management.
- Provide support to employees and managers, addressing their needs effectively.
- Contribute to special HR projects and serve as a project coordinator when necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SPHR certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- One to three years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
