You'll support recruitment by screening resumes and identifying candidates, manage FMLA processes, provide outstanding customer service to employees and managers, assist in federal, state, and Joint Commission survey preparedness activities, and contribute to special HR projects and serve as a project coordinator when necessary.
Qualifications
You should have Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SPHR certification preferred, a BA or BS degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, one to three years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in healthcare, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint) preferred.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, set policies and procedures, assist with all HR office operations, assist with HR operations such as benefits, recruitment and retention, workers compensation, staffing and wages, employee relations, serve as a resource to the HR Director, department managers, and other employees, support the recruiting function by screening resumes to identify candidates, oversee FMLA requests and processes, assist with special HR projects, and serve as project coordinator as needed.
