Position Overview The Director, Training Services, HealthStream Enterprise Applications will oversee all current and legacy credentialing and scheduling solution training programs including web-based seminars, live training, and recorded webinars.
Oversight includes the hiring and managing of a team of Customer Engagement Specialists and coordinating their efforts to support customers in transitioning from the post-sales process through onboarding and into full product adoption.
The Director, Training Services, HealthStream Enterprise Applications is also responsible for setting and executing the vision for scaling delivery of our training services and ensuring training services effectively meet the needs of HealthStream clients. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
