Responsibilities
Product Marketing Manager is key in creating and executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns for generating sales-qualified leads for HealthStream's Scheduling products and services
This position will report directly to the AVP of Product Marketing with a dotted line to business leaders (VPs, SVPs)
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Service to facilitate strategic alignment and ensure new business goals are met
Develop, manage, and execute all marketing initiatives, including marketing plans, budgets, messaging, positioning, and overall go-to-market strategies
Collaborate with the demand marketing team to execute strategic campaigns leveraging various marketing channels
Drive sales enablement by creating and managing all sales collateral materials and tools
Create the yearly marketing calendar for the product(s)
Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and major updates
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform product positioning
Assist the AVP of Product Marketing in creating positioning and messaging standards
Be the subject matter expert about our customer's journey and optimize communications
Make key decisions on the fly and help solve problems with minimal help
Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales Associates and cross-functional teams
Leverage digital marketing best practices within your planning
Drive sales enablement by creating sales assets and tools
Leverage data to gather strategic insights and report results on all marketing campaigns
Play a key role in the development and execution of marketing initiatives
Use business intelligence tools to present and review results with senior management
Collaborate with the marketing department to leverage HealthStream's assets
Manage all collateral materials in support of the entire product solution set
Assist in creating personas and optimizing the customer journey
