Job Summary And Qualifications
This corporate Supply Chain position is responsible for creating and maintaining content, messaging, and graphics for enterprise Supply Chain communications. This position supports the diverse business needs and the overall mission of HCA Healthcare/HealthTrust supply chain and specifically the Support Services shared services organization.

Job Summary And Qualifications
This corporate Supply Chain position is responsible for creating and maintaining content, messaging, and graphics for enterprise Supply Chain communications. This position supports the diverse business needs and the overall mission of HCA Healthcare/HealthTrust supply chain and specifically the Support Services shared services organization.
What you will do in this role:
- Collaborates with key business teams to support enterprise and targeted communications for Supply Chain/Support Services Shared Services program.
- Support the development and distribution of communications content for new projects, operational changes, updates, and initiatives.
- Coordinate and maintain the updating of electronic and written content including intranet content, training materials, education, and implementation documentation.
- Design logos, posters, banners, and other collateral and support the design of digital newsletters and magazine.
- Support the coordination of planning and registration for the annual HCA Healthcare Supply Chain Day meeting at the HealthTrust University Conference.
- Proof, publish, and track all Supply Chain operational policies and procedures.
- Craft strategic and targeted communications per business/client needs.
- Assist in the creation, production, and dissemination of printed publications.
- Work with business teams to ensure ongoing improvement of websites, including phased updates and re-designs, and communicate improvements to corporate and field stakeholders.
- Actively monitor Supply Chain division sites for compliance to standard required content and provide education and support to designated division site administrators.
- Promote and support HealthTrust brand standards and Supply Chain style guidelines.
- Furnish routine and special reports and information to the Director and other business team leads.
- As needed, perform additional tasks to support the operational goals of the Supply Chain organization.
- Bilingual – Proficient in English and Spanish preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills and editing skills; strong administrative support skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and identify, interpret, and articulate technical concepts, ideas, and expectations
- Strong organization skills with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Diplomat-level skill in developing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Able to translate complex organizational concepts into succinct, easy to understand language for different audiences
- Self-directed champion of knowledge resource development and quality improvement
- Experience with web development/technologies and basic implementation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Communications, Journalism, or related field), but experience may substitute education.
- At least 3 years of professional experience. Healthcare or supply chain experience preferred, but not required.
