Job Summary and Qualifications
The Division Operations Manager is responsible for the analyzing, designing, developing, and tracking of supply chain operational and financial data as it applies to the entire supply chain model within a Division. This role serves as a supporting liaison between the Supply Chain Division COO, Facility Supply Chain Directors, CSC Procure to Pay Directors, and other stakeholders as applicable. Functions of the role include, but are not limited to, utilization of business intelligence applications and data analytics for validation and analysis of inventory management, operational efficiencies, and compliancy validation of various metrics which support supply expense decision making within the Division in accordance with plans and objectives. The Division Operations Manager integrates this data into the Division’s and Hospital’s primary functions which includes developing, supporting, implementing, and validating these opportunities and/or processes. They serve as a key promoter of the CSC, SCD, and COO to strive to exceed the needs of its customers.
What you will do in this role:
- Design, develop, and/or analyze financial and operational data (inventory utilization and appropriateness)
- Run daily reports such as DAYACT, PCA, compliance and charge reconciliation reports to provide back to SCD with identified action items
- Assist designing, developing, and/or analyzing SMART reports (WKDISC, OREC, OPAY, bill only trends, etc)
- Assist designing, developing, and/or analyzing par analysis output to provide back to SCD with identified action items
- Assist designing, developing, and/or analyzing supply expense data, reports, and templates as needed
- Assist designing, developing, and/or analyzing supply charging reports for compliancy
- Assist designing, developing, and/or analyzing supply scanning compliancy for opportunities
- Assist designing, developing, and/or analyzing opportunities for process improvement (staffing workload, appropriate delivery threshold, warehouse utilization and expansion, maximization of supply locations)
- Assist designing, developing, and/or analyzing Division and Corporate Clinical Customer Service Surveys for opportunities
What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or Economics -Required
- At least two years’ experience with managing multiple projects to successful completion that required financial modeling and analysis preferably in healthcare financial services, clinical operations, and supply chain or information systems oriented environments - Required
- Proficient in the use of all aspects and software provided in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel – Advanced), Access, PowerPoint, Word - Required
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Required
- Minimum of three years hospital supply chain or relevant hospital experience preferred - Preferred
