Holley designs, markets, and manufactures a wide range of branded high-performance products, including fuel injection and powertrain conversion systems, engine tuning and ignition solutions, carburetors, and exhaust products.

In 2020, Holley acquired Simpson Performance Products, adding safety products to its portfolio and underscoring its commitment to expanding its offerings to its automotive enthusiast customers. Holley's portfolio includes leading brands such as Holley, Sniper EFI, MSD, Accel, Edge, Superchips, Diablosport, APR, Dinan, and Hooker Blackheart, each with its own identity that allows the company to target specific consumers across vehicle sub-segments. The company acquired nine additional companies in the last three years, adding brands like Brother’s Truck, Arizona Desert Shocks (ADS), Rocket Racing Wheels, Classic Instruments, and Baer Brakes to the portfolio. Utilizing direct consumer feedback to guide the focus of its powerful engineering division, Holley has consistently committed to cutting-edge R&D and pushing the innovation envelope with its high-quality products. Its acquisition of AEM Performance Electronics underscores the company’s commitment to leading innovation in new sectors, like aftermarket performance parts for EVs and the new but rapidly growing market for EV conversions.

Holley’s roots stretch back to the early 1900s when the company provided carburetors for everything from the original Ford Model A to World War II airplanes to factory muscle cars of the 1960s. Later, the company manufactured carburetors such as the Holley Double Pumper and Dominator for street and racing applications. Holley carburetors have powered every NASCAR Sprint Cup team and every NHRA Pro Stock champion until both series eventually switched to electronic fuel injection. NASCAR Sprint Cup engines still utilize a Holley throttle body, and Holley EFI sets the standard in NHRA Pro Stock. This incredible lineage resonates with passionate consumers who drive the vast majority of revenue for vehicles ranging from project cars to daily drivers.

Holley Inc. is the largest and fastest-growing platform serving performance automotive enthusiasts with annual sales of over $700 million and 19% EBITDA margins. Holley designs, sources, manufactures, and markets automotive components and safety equipment targeting consumers. Organic growth is driven by new product innovation led by 150 engineers.
