About the Job:
This travel LPN/LVN Med Surg position is available with HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients in need.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to Med Surg patients as assigned by supervisor or nurse manager.
- Assist with daily nursing duties such as vital signs, wound care, and administering medications as ordered by physician.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A valid LPN/LVN license in Alabama.
- At least one year of experience in Med Surg nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
