Healthwise is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to join our team!

If you are are naturally at ease with helping others AND you are detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent verbal and writing skills, we would love to learn more about you. This important team position focuses on providing excellent direct administration support for our licensed psychologists, clinical therapists and patients in a beautiful outpatient office setting.
Daily Administrative Duties:
- Welcome patients & collect copays
- Manage daily provider schedules via our EHR & telehealth system
- Assign intake documents & registration forms to patients via the EHR or email
- Schedule patient appointments
- Communicate w/ providers, other staff & patients via email/phone
- Fax, scan and reply to records requests
Hours:
- Monday- Thursday 8:30AM-4:30PM
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma- required
- Previous front desk/reception, administrative assistant or office experience- preferred
- 2-year degree in medical office administration or equivalent experience- preferred
- An interest in psychology, counseling, the behavioral sciences, social work or healthcare is a plus!

- Proficient computer skills & experience using Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service, interpersonal & written communication skills
- Knowledge and experience working with insurance
