Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the annual business plan in collaboration with company leadership.
- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and special reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with lenders and ensure timely financial reporting and covenant compliance.
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, Payroll, GL, Product Pricing, Cost Accounting, Fixed Asset Management, Inventory, and Financial Analysis.
- Support company growth initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and expansion efforts.
- Establish financial goals and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Drive business system improvements to enhance financial reporting and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate, legal, and regulatory financial requirements.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Safeguard company assets and maintain financial performance in line with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable.
- 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in manufacturing.
- Proven leadership experience in financial management within a growing organization.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
