- Market Research & Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, utilizing insights to inform business development efforts.
- Sales Team Development : Build, lead, coach, and mentor the business development team, ensuring they are equipped with the industry knowledge, solutions expertise, and prospecting tools to succeed.
